Please note our policy regarding important deadlines: we have a deadline of July 1st to receive payment and release forms. Applications who are registered but missing payment or release forms by the deadline will be canceled. This is a necessary policy due to repeated issues with not receiving timely payment to cover our expenses. Please contact us if you have questions.
